Everyone Wants Money But No One Wants To Work

Everyone Wants Money But No One Wants To Work

I used to work at Whole Foods Market grocery store. There was this supervisor at one store who hated me, he went out of his way to make me feel like an outcast because I was overly happy and too friendly with the customers, talked too much. He was always talking about he had these big business plans and was getting away from the grocery store and wouldn’t be stuck there like we were.. like seriously looking down on the cashiers (me).

I’m not kidding here, about 10 years go by, I’ve traveled the world a bit and the USA, went from making $25k/yr at whole foods as a cashier to a sales job to writing to sell for other companies until I was a global advertising manager for a giant company making almost $100k/yr, and I even passed that up and quit, made my OWN company and got it #1 in Scottsdale, and sold it and made another one in Kansas and here I’m in Paradise Valley, AZ on vacation getting some lunch on the way to Sedona and THERE HE IS, 10 years later.

I didn’t see or ask what his title was, but he was still there working the front end of the grocery store and he checked out my lunch for me, didn’t say much because he hated me back then but he did say hello and recognized me.

Walking away I’m trying to be polite and not think impolite thoughts like “lol, that’s RIGHT m***er f***er!”

Lotta people like to talk, but no one wants to step out on that line, a lot of people will talk about doing it for YEARS without ever even DOING it for just ONE hour, or even 20 hours into it.
