Sit down and make a list of all the things in your life that you are doing that are NOT putting you on the path you want to be on in life. It could be just a bad diet, drugs, alcohol, partying, a bad relationship, an energy vampire that you just don’t stop pouring your time, love, and money into… You’ve got to remove those things from your life.
You aren’t where you want to be in life because instead of reading a book, making new connections, working out, or eating right, you keep slacking off by watching Netflix instead of what you know you should be doing.
