When You Sacrifice Quality For Profit

When You Sacrifice Quality For Profit

One of my clients, who I worked with for years, just majorly sacrificed the quality of their products and services solely in order to make themselves more personal profit at the cost of the consumer being tricked into thinking they are getting the same thing.

Over the years I’ve learned that when a company starts sacrificing quality for profit, no matter how uphill it seems in the beginning, it almost always ends up poorly in the long run. There is also your integrity and morality that you give up as well.

My client no longer cares about the people and now only looks at the numbers, has hired cheaper labor that cuts corners and pushes product regardless of whether it’s really going to help the customers or not. I seen this happen in corporations and jobs I’ve had in the past but never this close and upfront. It’s saddening to witness.
Never sacrifice your integrity or morals it quality of your service or product for money, it’s not going to end up being worth it.
